What is the return policy?

Is moissanite a fake diamond ?
• A lot of people consider them as a fake diamond.
• But moissanite has every single perk as a natural diamond, clarity, color, shape, etc.
• It can be also mixed with lab diamond (CVD or HPHT) which these are more expensive than moissanite (and moissanite can be called lab diamond also because they're made in lab).
• There's diamonds mined from earth (natural diamonds) and diamonds made from lab (moissanite, lab diamonds, cubic zircon).
• Some people will call it fake first because the price is 10x cheaper than natural diamond.
• Let's put it this way, when you're having a baby you can get it the natural way or get it done in a laboratory, then the baby in the lab could be fake? Same thing with diamonds.
When will I get my order?
If an item is in stock we'll ship it same day if ordered before 2PM ET. If an item is not in stock it could take 3-6 weeks to get delivered, we'll recommend always to ask before buying to know shipping status :)
What's estimated time for custom orders?
For custom pendants or chains they will take around 4-6 weeks. Engagement rings 15-20 days.
Please note a non refundable deposit is required just to start designing the piece. There's no returns or exchanges on any custom piece. We'll always try to deliver the best quality and QC photos will be provided right after production.
